Level 7 Classes:This course will suit people who have recently completed Level 6, or have similar experience. In this class, current events are discussed regularly, and you will have the opportunity to give a voluntarypresentation on a topic of your choice in front of the class. This is not compulsory.
The aim in Level 7 is that you gain confidence in communicating more independently about a variety of topics whilemaking use of grammar points outlined below.
In Level 7, we work at the B1 level of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages*).
Term duration 10 x weekly 2-hour classes, Wednesday evenings, 6:15pm to 8:15pm

Use of Konjunktiv I and Konjunktiv II subjunctives in Indirect Speech
Consolidation of general grammar
CEFR levels indicated on our level descriptors are not a guarantee that you can take the associated German exam for this level. If you would like to take an external German exam, for instance the Goethe-Zertifikat B1 (there is an exam centre in London), please speak to your tutor to discuss what they think would be most appropriate.
