International Arrivals

UEA offers a coach collection service from London Heathrow Airport (Terminal 2) on Wednesday 21st January 2026, with departures at 11am and 1pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), suitable for flights arriving by 9am and 11am respectively.
You will be supported by UEA staff at London Heathrow airport, on the coach and on your arrival to campus. The coach will make a non-stop, direct trip to campus; the journey will take around 3 hours.
This service is only for international students who will be studying at the university, unfortunately we cannot accept friends/family. We recommend that you do not book our coach service until after you have received your student visa and booked your flights, to reduce the risk of needing to make any changes. 
You must book in advance - we cannot take bookings on the day; tickets will go off-sale on Sunday 18th January (or sooner if all spaces are sold).
