International Arrivals

UEA offers a coach collection service from London Heathrow Airport (Terminal 2) on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th September 2025, with departures at 11am and 12.30pm BST (British Summer Time), suitable for flights arriving by 9am and 10am BST respectively.

You will be supported by UEA staff at London Heathrow airport, on the coach and on your arrival to campus. The coach will make a non-stop, direct trip to campus; the journey will take around 3 hours.

This service is only for international students who will be studying at the university, unfortunately we cannot accept friends/family.

We recommend that you do not book our coach service until after you have received your student visa and booked your flights.
