Level 6 Classes: This course will suit people who have recently completed Level 5 or who can communicate with a degree of confidence not only about themselves and their immediate environment,but also about other topics of general interest, expressing views and opinions in the process. You may be asked to give a presentation on a topic of your choice in front of the class. This is not compulsory.
In Level 6, we work at the B1 level of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference forLanguages*).
Term duration 10x weekly 2-hour classes, Wednesday evenings, 6:15pm to 8:15pm

Revision of complex sentences and sentence connectors (e.g. um ... zu, damit, ohnezu, stattzu)

CEFR levels indicated on our level descriptors are not a guarantee that you can take the associated German exam for this level. If you would like to take an external German exam, for instance the Goethe-ZertifikatB1(there is an exam centre in London), please speak to your tutor to discuss what they think would be most appropriate.
