Grouping of Children

The way in which we group our participants is based on the age of our participants. The age bandings are flexible, heavily reliant on the age of the overall cohort on the day.

Where possible we will do our best to group siblings and friends together where age restrictions allow it, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to do this.

  • Playing cards or trading cards such as Pokémon, Match Attax etc.

  • DO NOT BRING NUTS TO HOLIDAY CLUB

Medication:
If your child(ren) has medication, please ensure that it is brought to Holiday Club, this includes inhalers and relevant emergency pens/injectors for allergies. All medication must be prescribed and labelled with the child's name, in a labelled bag for the day. Medication cannot be stored overnight and must be collected by the parent/guardian at the end of the day.

Parents/guardians will be required to provide instructions on how the medication should be administered, including inhalers. Please note that Holiday Club staff can only support your child(ren) in self-administering medication, unless it is in the event of an emergency. You will be required to fill out a form on your first morning at Holiday Club and pass this on to the Holiday Club Lead. All medication will be carried by the activity leaders in the child's group for the duration of the day.
