More InformationDrop Off, Pick Up and Parking Information: The Holiday Club drop off and pick up desk will be based at the UEA Sportspark. Report to our reception desk on arrival and a member of our team will direct you toward the location of our Holiday Club desk. All children at point of drop off and pick up must be signed in and out, by an adult over the age of 18. The adult dropping off will be required to set a collection password, safeguarding the release of your child at the end of the day to an authorised adult who can provide this set password upon signing the child out. This password can be whatever you choose but we ask that you only share this with authorised collectors for your child(ren). The Layby outside the front of the Sportspark is for deliveries only. Please Park in the Sportspark car park, there is a 20-minute grace period for ticket validation, beyond this reception will validate your ticket for you for free. Parking in the main UEA car park will be chargeable; parking here cannot be validated for free by Sportspark staff. Holiday Club Supervision, Drop Off & Pick Up Timings and Lateness: At the UEA Sportspark Holiday Club we provide our customers flexible drop off and pick up timings to best suit your schedule. You can do the following, at any time within the below timings:
All customers booking a single day are entitled to use the full 08:00-18:00 allocation should they wish to. Full supervision of all children is provided for the full duration of Holiday Club 08:00-18:00. Any late collection beyond 18:00 will incur a charge of £5 per 10 minutes that you are late to collect. If you recognise that you will be late to collect, please communicate this via our communication channels below:
Holiday Club Self Sign Out Protocol: At the UEA Sportspark Holiday Club children aged 12 and above may leave on their own providing a self-sign out form has been filled out by an adult (aged 18 and above) on the morning of that day. This form can be provided upon request at the point of dropping off your child. This form must state clear terms for leaving i.e. ‘child can be allowed to leave at 16:00 to walk home’. A form is required each day that the child attends and must be filled in each morning on arrival. Holiday Club Activities Each day at Holiday Club looks different, with our groups navigating a set timetable which is composed of the following activities...

*Rock climbing requires a minimum age of 8 years old to participate. *Swimming requires children to be confident in getting themselves changed, our staff cannot provide assistance. *All activities are subject to timetabling, which is subject to change at any time, as per our terms & conditions. Grouping of Children The way in which we group our participants is based on the age of our participants. The age bandings are flexible, heavily reliant on the age of the overall cohort on the day. Where possible we will do our best to group siblings and friends together where age restrictions allow it, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to do this. Your child should wear and bring the following:

Medication: If your child(ren) has medication, please ensure that it is brought to Holiday Club, this includes inhalers and those emergency pens for allergies. All medication must be prescribed and labelled with the child's name, in a labelled bag for the day. Medication cannot be stored overnight and must be collected by the parent/guardian at the end of the day. Parents/guardians will be required to provide instructions on how the medication should be administered, including inhalers. Please note that Holiday Club staff can only support your child(ren) in self-administering medication, unless it is in the event of an emergency. You will be required to fill out a form on your first morning at Holiday Club and pass this on to the Holiday Club Lead. All medication will be carried by the activity leaders in the child's group for the duration of the day. Lunch Orders: If lunch is not ordered, and your child has been sent without a packed lunch, we will provide a Sportspark lunch at a charge of £5.75. We will aim to contact you prior to providing a lunch. Our lunch order menu is a set 6-option menu, these options cannot be adapted or amended. It is incredibly important that you inform our team prior to your booking of any allergens your child has. Sickness and Absences: Children should not be brought to Holiday Club if they have been vomiting or have had diarrhoea in the last 48 hours. The child can return 48 hours after the last episode. Children should not be brought to Holiday Club if they are experiencing symptoms of or do have illnesses such as influenza, chickenpox, conjunctivitis, COVID-19. Code of Conduct: All children attending Holiday Club must follow the code of conduct. If children are found to not be following the code of conduct, appropriate action will be taken.
