Join the Movement SIG on Tuesday 2 & Wednesday 3 September 2025 for the opportunity to discover the latest developments in the field, establish new contacts and discuss new ideas. A limited amount of subsidised accommodation is bookable until 31st July for participants of the Movement Ecology Annual Meeting 2025 in single, en-suite bedrooms at the University of East Anglia.

Please be advised that these rooms are grouped in Visitor Flats of 10-12 rooms sharing a kitchen. Tea and coffee is provided in the kitchen and the kitchens are equipped for cooking with communal pots and pans. Bedding and towels are provided in the rooms.

Breakfast will be available at Zest from 8am. The breakfast voucher entitles each guest to 5 cooked items, toast, butter and jam and a regular tea or coffee.

Both nights (check in on the 1st of September, check out on the 3rd of September) for £119

First night only (check in on the 1st of September, check out on the 2nd of September) for £59.50

Second night only (check in on the 2nd of September, check out on the 3rd of September) for £59.50

Anyone wishing to stay additional nights must contact Broadview Hotel directly on [broadviewhotel@uea.ac.uk] and pay their standard rate. Similarly, anyone who requires accommodation after our discount deadline of July 31^st can approach Broadview Hotel directly for accommodation bookings.
