Description

To mark the end of his residency at the Sainsbury Centre, artist Ed Webb-Ingall will host an afternoon of readings, conversation and shared reflection.

Drawing inspiration from traditions of monastic renunciation, practices of mutual aid and ideas of social responsibility, Webb-Ingall redistributed the residency's production budget to five other artists: Sam Cottington, Robbie Ellen, Jaye Hudson, Jacob V Joyce and Mercy Moktar.

We invite you to join us for an open conversation sharing documentation and reflections from the redistribution process. Together, we will consider ideas of withdrawal, attention, sharing and the social conditions that enable creative work.
