Level 8 Classes:This course will suit people who have recently completed Level 7 or who can understand the main point of oral/written standard French on a variety of familiar topics, and can deal with most situations likely to arise when traveling abroad. This course will start tackling more abstract topics, and is aimed at people who wish to communicate their thoughtsand opinions confidently and in a structured way.All the documents studied in class will be authentic (as opposed to created for learners).
In Level 8, we work at the B2 level of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)*.
Term duration: 10 x weekly classes, Tuesday evenings, 6:15pm-8:30pm
No class on Tue 26 May. Your final class will finish at 8:30pm.

The subjunctive (3) revision –
Pronominalverbs. E.g., Me la cavo bene con la matematica
Suffixes (alterations of nouns) - ino, etto, one, accio. E.g., Cheventaccio che tira oggi!
Logical links (purpose, hypothesis, condition, opposition, concession…). E.g. Ha studiato con l’obiettivo di prendere un diploma.
Infinitives and pastinfinitives. E.g.Ha detto di non averechiuso la porta.
