This assessment is designed to assess how many calories your body burns at rest, providing the foundation for creating accurate nutrition and weight management plans.

Detailed Description

Individuals purchasing this product must complete an allergy  Questionnaire and must be aged over 18 years to participate.

Upon purchase, you will receive two emails from the UEA Store: one confirming your purchase of the RMR test and another containing a link to an allergy questionnaire form. Once the questionnaire has been completed and reviewed, a member of the MoveX Lab team will contact you to arrange a test appointment. When booking a test, please notify the MoveX Lab team at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Without sufficient notice, and unless there are extenuating circumstances, the appointment will be non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If a session cannot proceed due to equipment failure or staff unavailability, a full refund or a rescheduled appointment will be offered. For refund enquiries, please contact consultancy@uea.ac.uk.
