1. To understand how to set clear, realistic expectations with learners based on their stage, experience, and professional standards. 

2. To demonstrate compassionate approaches to learner wellbeing, including active listening and signposting support services. 

3. To apply supervision and coaching techniques to foster shared learning and reflective practice. 

4. To identify early signs of concern and apply structured approaches to difficult conversations. 

5. To guide learners in setting personal and professional goals aligned with their own development needs.
