DescriptionBCLT Literary Translation Workshop Reviewing Translations: Making the Translator Visible - Annie Rutherford Delivered by the British Centre for Literary Translation. Book reviews are an essential part of the literary ecosystem. They play a huge part in helping books to find readers, particularly for international titles, which often don't have the advantage of lots of promotional events. And as a translator, writing reviews is a great way to put your name out there and pick up a bit of extra income, as well as a chance to scope out what books are being translated in your language pairing. Join us as we create a toolbox for reviewing translations.
