Course Description

 

Level 3 Classes: This course is suitable for students who have taken around 40 hours of teaching and have some knowledge of the language. By the end of the course, you will have learned and consolidated the use of some of the past tenses, the present tense and the future tense.

 

Term duration 10 x weekly 2-hour classes, Monday evenings, 6:15pm to 8:15pm. 

Key Language

Talking about future plans and saying what you are going to do.
e.g. El verano que viene iré de vacaciones a España / Este fin de semana voy a ir al cine.

Talking about what you did yesterday
e.g. Ayer fui al cine con mi marido

Describing people’s personality and physical appearance
e.g. Laura es castaña, alta y tiene el pelo largo. Es una persona muy inteligente y simpática.

Asking and saying what has happened
e.g. ¿Qué has hecho hoy antes de salir de casa? Antes de salir de casa he desayunado.

Using reflexive verbs
e.g. Todos los días después de levantarme me lavo los dientes, me ducho y me visto.

Understanding which past tense to use.
e.g. El año pasado fui de vacaciones a Córdoba. Allí había una gran mezquita.
