Course Description

Give your loved one the gift of language this Christmas, with a voucher that can be redeemed against any of our evening language courses.

Vouchers must be purchased before 12pm on Friday 20 December 2024 in order to be available to give on Christmas Day. This is due to the University's closure during the Christmas period. Any vouchers purchased after this date will be processed after Thursday 2 January 2025.

Terms and Conditions  

UEA Gift vouchers are issued by UEA and can be used towards the cost of language courses run by UEA. Vouchers cannot be used against the costs of any other courses, goods or services.  

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.  

• Only one gift voucher can be used per course booking.  

• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

• Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded. 

• In the unlikely event that a course needs to be cancelled by the UEA Language Programme, a replacement gift voucher shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 12 months.  

• In the event that a voucher holder withdraws from study, no refund shall be given. 

• The UEA Language programme regrets that gift vouchers cannot be refunded, other than within the 14-day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.  

• No change or credit will be given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the course.  

• The UEA Language Programme does not guarantee that spaces will be available on courses. Spaces are only secured once a course has been booked by the recipient of the voucher, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. We run classes 3 times per year (autumn, spring and summer). If the class you want to take is full, we can reserve you a place on the same course in the next term.  

• To Redeem your voucher: Email [email protected] and let them know which course you would like to take. You will need to quote your unique voucher code and provide a few personal details. Once redeemed, you will be sent a confirmation of your course attendance.
