Located within the Norwich Medical School at the University of East Anglia in Norfolk, the MoveX Lab offers isokinetic testing for muscular strength or endurance. By testing up to two different sites (e.g. knee or ankle) and having two visits to the MoveX Lab, individuals can gain an even clearer understanding of muscle performance and identify imbalances between limbs. This dynamic assessment is widely used to enhance physical performance and support recovery following injury. Detailed Description

Individuals purchasing this product must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and be aged between 18 and 75 years to participate.

Upon purchase, you will receive two emails from the UEA Store: one confirming your purchase of the dynamometry test and another containing a link to the PAR-Q form. Once the PAR-Q has been completed and reviewed, a member of the MoveX Lab team will contact you to arrange a test appointment. When booking a test, please notify the MoveX Lab team at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Without sufficient notice, and unless there are extenuating circumstances, the appointment will be non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
