UEA Chamber Choir invite you to join them for their autumn concert ‘Advent and Christmas with UEA Chamber Choir’, on Sunday 6 December at 7pm at St Peter Mancroft Church, Norwich.

Detailed Description

Under the direction of the new UEA Director of Choirs, Andrew Weeks, this uplifting Advent and Christmas programme of luminous choral music for choir and saxophone will include music by Morten Lauridsen, Errollyn Wallen, James MacMillan, Ēriks Ešenvalds, Ola Gjeilo and more, alongside some seasonal favourites.

The 40-strong UEA Chamber Choir will be joined by British saxophonist Finn McEwen, winner of the Norfolk Young Musician Competition in 2013. 

The concert is free to attend. However, places are limited and must be booked in advance. 

Please note:

Doors open at 6.30pm and close at 7pm (latecomers will not be admitted).

The concert will last approximately 1 hour and there will be no interval.

Seating is unreserved.

Please take your seats 10 minutes before the advertised time.

There will be a retiring collection for The Church of St Peter Mancroft.

We are no longer issuing physical tickets, this means that your confirmation email will be your ticket. 

If you have booked a ticket and are unable to attend the concert, please let us know at musicevents@uea.ac.uk so that we can reallocate your ticket.
