Root Cause Analysis

The aim of this course is to provide delegates with an opportunity to explore principle and practice of the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) framework. Participants will have the opportunity to apply the RCA framework to a scenario.

Health care professionals are being called upon more and more to undertake a Root Cause Analysis as a structured approach to learning from adverse clinical situations. Attending this session will provide participants with the knowledge and confidence to be able to contribute to an RCA investigation.
