The course will be delivered in four 3-hour sessions covering the following topics.
Session 1 - 18th of May 5:30-8:30pm - Developing the Right Product Session 2 - 25th of May 5:30-8:30pm – Customers & Where To Find Them Session 3 – 1st of June 5:30-8:30pm - How It’s Made & How It Gets There Session 4 – 9th of June 5:30-8:30pm - The Business & Making It Happen
You will be given an overview of the elements of running your own food business, and you will have the confidence to drive your business forward successfully.
