DescriptionProfessor Andrew Thomson OBE FRS was a hugely respected and popular scientist, internationally recognised for his world-leading contributions to inorganic biochemistry, and his leadership at UEA and the NRP. Andrew sadly passed away in March 2021. A memorial symposium in his honour will be held on 14th/15th September 2022 at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK. The event will be a celebration of Andrew’s life, with presentations from colleagues and friends, and opportunities for all to share memories of Andrew. The meeting will include a dinner on the evening of 14th September. There will be an opportunity for people to attend the dinner without attending the scientific sessions.
